If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting and fixing things, and take pride in doing quality work, your skills and experience may transfer well to a career in apartment maintenance. Experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, facilities maintenance, or other skilled trades can provide a great foundation for this role.

Maintenance Technicians play an important role in keeping our apartment communities operating safely, efficiently, and at a high standard. They respond to resident service requests, troubleshoot and complete repairs, prepare apartment homes for new residents, and help maintain the overall condition of the community.
Maintenance Technicians work a five‑day schedule and participate in a rotational on‑call schedule to respond to after‑hours emergency maintenance needs.
Previous apartment maintenance experience can be valuable, but relevant hands‑on experience from other industries may also be a great fit.
