Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service Remington at Memorial Apartments. You will complete resident service requests, repair building systems, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare vacant units.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades; strong problem-solving and customer service skills; and a valid driver's license. This on-site role includes a five-day schedule with on-call rotation.

What You'll Do

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues

Schedule

This position works a five-day schedule and participates in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours emergency maintenance needs.
