Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Riverside Park Apartments in Tulsa, OK. You will perform routine repairs, inspect systems, and help keep units and common areas in top condition.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair, a valid driver's license, and a dependable work ethic. You will work five days with on-call rotation and contribute to a stable, family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience with building systems preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair experience a plus.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other apartment systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Inspect apartments, common areas, and building systems
• Identify and address maintenance and safety concerns
• Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work areas
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, construction, facilities maintenance, or other skilled trades can provide a great foundation for apartment maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues

Schedule

This position works a five-day schedule and participates in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours emergency maintenance needs.
