Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Greenbriar Apartments in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on completing resident service requests, repairing multiple systems, and performing preventative maintenance to keep the property in excellent condition.

You will inspect and address issues in units and common areas, maintain tools and supply levels, and provide courteous service to residents.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining equipment or property.
• Dependable work-ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Previous apartment maintenance or skilled trade experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Schedule

This position works a five-day schedule and participates in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours emergency maintenance needs.
