The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or with the onsite team. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in apartments or related facilities.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other systems.
• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Inspect buildings and systems for maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas; interact with residents in a courteous manner.
