Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Service Technician for our Atlanta-area communities. On-site role focused on keeping homes safe, comfortable, and well-maintained, with timely responses to resident needs and precise make-ready processes.

You’ll collaborate with the Service Manager, manage daily reports, and participate in safety trainings while upholding company standards and growth within a people-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience or technical trade school.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• EPA Certification.
• Willing to work weekends and travel/overnight when needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain properties to the highest standards and prepare homes for new residents.
• Support and motivate team members through training and teamwork.
• Attend safety meetings and required training.
• Complete daily reports and service entries, including work orders.
