• High school diploma or equivalent required, with a foundation in business principles.
• HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) is required.
• Ability to accurately follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Proven leader with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated with time management and goal achievement.
• Collaborative team player with strong verbal/written communication.
• Proficient in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance in common areas and on-call support as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests in occupied apartments.
• Oversee maintenance of mechanical systems to preserve property value.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas at all times.
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing tasks.
