Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- HVAC/R certification preferred.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.
- Resourceful problem solver for unexpected challenges.
- Available for emergency calls during nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance duties in common areas.
- Complete service requests in occupied apartments.
- Participate in preventive maintenance programs.
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
- Provide courteous service ensuring resident satisfaction.
