Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance across its communities in Texas. The role involves daily on-site tasks, routine maintenance, make-ready units, and upkeep of exterior spaces under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. This full-time, on-site position emphasizes safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and regular on-site presence required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders timely.
• Maintain exterior areas, common areas, and make-ready units.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify hazards and address them.
• Follow safety standards and Asset key policy.
