Job summary

RHP Properties seeks a Maintenance Technician for Redwood Estates in Thornton, CO. This full-time role covers general grounds and home maintenance, and basic repairs for owner-owned homes in the community, with a 40-hour work week.

You will handle work orders, ensure community areas are well-kept, and assist with seasonal tasks. A valid driver’s license and tools may be required. On-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC and carpentry.
• May need to provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to keep homes and community areas in good condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Interact with residents, visitors and staff in a courteous, cooperative manner.
• Identify deficiencies and take action with Community Manager approval.
• Maintain community grounds: weed control, landscaping, mulching, pruning.
