Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Groundskeeper to help maintain the Greenbriar Apartments in Tulsa, OK. This hands-on role focuses on keeping outdoor spaces clean, attractive, and safe for residents.

Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience is a plus, but willing learners with a dependable work ethic are encouraged to apply. This is an on-site opportunity supporting maintenance and property upkeep for a welcoming community.

Groundskeepers play an important role in keeping our apartment communities clean, attractive, and welcoming. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and likes seeing the results of a job well done.

New to property management? That's okay.

You don't need previous apartment experience to be considered. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and have experience in landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial work, or another hands‑on role, your skills may transfer well to a career in apartment property maintenance.

What You'll Do
