Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.

• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across the community.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Inspect apartments and common areas for maintenance needs.
• Assist with upkeep of community amenities and grounds.
• Identify and report safety concerns promptly.
