Responsibilities include supervising HVAC, elevator, and other systems; coordinating resident repairs; ensuring compliance with local codes; and maintaining common areas.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; 2-3 years related experience or training.
• Experience in facilities maintenance and building operations.
• Valid driver’s license required for vehicle travel.

Aufgaben

• Supervises the community maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff, including hiring, training and evaluating performance.
• Directs workers in interior and exterior maintenance and inspects work for conformance to standards.
• Oversees maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler systems, generator, landscape and kitchen equipment.
• Coordinates maintenance requests from residents and repairs in rooms, including plumbing, electrical and lighting.
