Qualifications

• HVAC, elevator, fire/sprinkler systems maintenance.
• General maintenance project execution.
• Clear communication with community directors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on building systems and equipment (HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler systems).
• Perform general maintenance projects as assigned and respond to maintenance requests from directors and residents.
