• Supervises community maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff
• Directs maintenance of interior and exterior facilities and inspects work
• Oversees scheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire/sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape and kitchen equipment
• Coordinates maintenance requests from residents and repairs in rooms
• Ensures common areas are well maintained and compliant with standards
