Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager (Finance) to lead the maintenance operations for the community. The role entails supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring all systems (HVAC, elevators, safety equipment) meet standards and regulations.

You will manage resident service requests, support emergency responses, and uphold safety and quality across the facilities. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and relevant maintenance experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid State Driver's License required for vehicle travel, as needed.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance staff to ensure timely, compliant work.

Aufgaben

• Supervises community maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff (if applicable).
• Directs maintenance workers for interior and exterior upkeep and inspects work for quality.
• Oversees scheduled maintenance: HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler systems, generator, landscape and kitchen equipment.
• Coordinates resident maintenance requests for repairs (plumbing, electrical, heating, lighting).
• Maintains buildings and vacated rooms, including painting and carpet cleaning.
• Ensures common areas are maintained and communicates with local authorities as required.
• Assesses safety and chemical exposure risks; reviews SDS and takes precautions.
