Job summary

You will perform routine repairs, help with make‑readies, coordinate with vendors, and respond to work orders to uphold property standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of related experience, and basic trade certificates in HVAC, electrical or plumbing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related maintenance experience.
• Must have valid state driver's license and auto insurance.
• Some trade school certificates in HVAC, electrical, plumbing are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor with daily upkeep.
• Perform routine maintenance and make-ready repairs on units and common areas.
• Support safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA/ADA/Fair Housing.
• Document work orders and track maintenance expenditures.
