Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintaining our community properties under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, assist with make-ready processes, clean common areas, and respond to resident requests to support a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 100+ lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and assist with make-ready processes.
• Clean and maintain common areas, grounds, and interiors of the community.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in safety programs and follow OSHA guidelines.
