Job summary

Community Link, Inc. seeks staff to support individuals in Community Integrated Living Arrangements. You will coach residents in daily living tasks, help with community outings, and assist with budgeting and basic care under supervision.

You’ll ensure medication needs are tracked and communicate with families and staff. You will also transport residents, perform light household duties, complete documentation, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a residential setting with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and guidance to residents in daily living activities (e.g., hygiene).
• Support community integration and financial transaction recording.
• Provide direct personal care or oversight as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and families; maintain communication.
• Monitor and document residents’ medication needs; inform supervisor of issues.
• Assist residents in utilizing community resources and transportation.
• Complete all required documentation.
• Maintain home appearance through basic housekeeping and supplies management.
