Job summary

Community-Link- seeks a dedicated caregiver to support residents in a Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) under the supervision of the CILA Team Leader and Supported Living Program Manager.

You will train residents in daily living, assist with community outings, manage basic household tasks, and help with documentation. A valid driver's license is required, and experience with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in residential settings with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support in Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) under supervision.
• Train residents in activities of daily living, community integration, and self-sufficiency.
• Provide personal care and oversight; monitor medication needs and report health issues.
• Assist residents with transportation and community participation.
• Complete required documentation and maintain home cleanliness and appearance.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety drills.
