Wellvance Community Mental Health Authority is hiring a Community Living Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. You will work from our Oscoda service area, helping people gain independence through daily living skills and community engagement.

The role requires flexible hours, a valid Michigan driver’s license, and strong communication. Training is provided; prior experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedules required. Willingness to travel within service area.
• Valid Michigan driver's license and proof of insurance are required.
• U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Lived experience with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders is valued.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals based on their Person-Centered Plan.
• Teach daily living skills such as meal prep, budgeting, and personal care.
• Assist with community inclusion and social activities.
• Advocate for individuals and promote recovery principles.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency guidelines.
