Job summary

The Caring Community of CT is seeking a Community Living Specialist for Sylvia House in Lebanon. You will support residents with daily living activities, mobility, and medication administration as part of a caring team.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, and a valid driver's license. Shifts include Tue–Sat with pay at $20.16 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities and their behavioral support plans.
• Assist with physical mobility and transfers when needed, using approved training and equipment.
• Provide basic medical support and medication administration according to required training and certification.
• Complete service notes, reports, and incident documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow agency policies to protect individuals from abuse and neglect.
• Provide transportation in a safe and lawful manner.
• Attend required training and maintain applicable CPR, first aid, and medication administration certifications.
• Work cooperatively with individuals served, families, supervisors, and other team members.
