Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities and behavioral support plans.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using training/equipment.
• Provide basic medical support and medication administration per training.
• Complete service notes, reports and incident documentation accurately.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and follow agency policies to protect individuals.
• Provide transportation in a safe, lawful manner.
• Attend required training and maintain CPR, first aid credentials.
• Work cooperatively with individuals served, families, supervisors and team members.

Location: Anna Anderson House (L) (Norwich)

Schedule: Open Shift

Pay: $20.16/hr

Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun

Weekly schedule: Mon 3p-11p | Tue 3p-11p | Wed 3p-11p | Sat 4p-11p | Sun 8a-3p

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities and their behavioral support plans.
• Assist with physical mobility and transfers when needed, using approved training and equipment.
• Provide basic medical support and medication administration according to required training and certification.
• Complete service notes, reports, and incident documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow agency policies to protect individuals from abuse and neglect.
• Provide transportation in a safe and lawful manner.
• Attend required training and maintain applicable CPR, first aid, and medication administration certifications.
• Work cooperatively with individuals served, families, supervisors, and other team members.
