Job summary

Carolina Outreach is seeking a full-time Peer Support Services TCL to assist individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders, emphasizing tenancy and community integration. You\'ll collaborate with therapists, provide WRAP-based counseling, and support daily living, social and community activities.

The role requires NC certification, at least 1 year in mental health, and a NC driver\'s license.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma/GED and NC Certification program for Peer Support Specialists.
• At least 1 year of experience working in mental health.
• Must have a valid and active driver\'s license in NC.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Help clients maintain housing stability and work toward personal recovery goals.
• Coordinate with therapists, medical providers, and support teams to ensure quality care.
• Respond to client needs and crises in the community, including after-hours support when necessary.
