Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support and care to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Handle staff call outs and coverage as needed.
• Shadow/observe, coach, and give feedback to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Timely response to emails and requests from DSPs and the administrative office.
