Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disabilities is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and monitor Home Providers and respite providers.
• Maintain consistent communications with clients and program staff.
• Develop treatment plans and ensure consistent implementation.
