Job summary

Center for Human Services - Missouri is seeking a Community Living Professional Manager in Sedalia, MO. The role leads the Community Living team, supervising staff, coordinating ISPs, and ensuring service excellence for individuals with disabilities.

You will participate in meetings with families, staff, and external partners, ensuring program integrity, medication oversight, and timely documentation while maintaining 24/7 service coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited university with seven years combined experience (two years in management).
• Experience in intellectual or developmental disabilities field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and coordinate Community Living activities across locations.
• Attend administrative staff meetings and communicate developments to the team.
• Oversee MAR accuracy, ISP implementation strategies, and discharge summaries.
• Provide on-call coverage and respond promptly to issues affecting individuals served.
