Job summary

Starkey, Inc. is seeking a Community Living Supervisor/Behavior Support Specialist to oversee two community living locations and supervise direct support staff in services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

You will ensure staff scheduling, program coordination, and high-quality, person-centered supports. You will address personnel matters, mentor the team, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while promoting independence and community integration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Work Keys Bronze certificate; BA/BS preferred.
• At least 1 year experience with intellectual disabilities; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and operation oversight for two community living locations.
• Supervise and mentor direct support staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling and program coordination.
• Address personnel matters and support team development.
• Help ensure individuals receive quality, person-centered supports.
• Review incident reports and medication issues/errors.
• Attend PCSP meetings and support plan reviews.
