Job summary

Starkey, Inc. in Kansas is seeking a Behavior Support Program Assistant to support the community living supervisor and operations of the Supervised Living Program. You will assist direct support professionals interacting with person served and help train and guide new staff.

The role focuses on promoting positive engagement, independence, and meaningful activity for those we serve, with a typical schedule and competitive hourly pay, and benefits like on-the-job training and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate.
• BA/BS or some college courses preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available for 2-4 weeks of PAID training, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• OPTIONAL: ASL (American Sign Language) preferred, but NOT required.

Schedule and Pay Rate

Typical work schedule: M-F 12PM-8PM.

$18.50/hourly

However, will be expected to work outside of these hours including weekends if needed.

Requirements for the Behavior Support Program Assistant role

• Must have High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate
• BA/BS or some college courses preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver's License for a minimum of two years with a good driving record.
• Must be available for 2-4 weeks of PAID training, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred
• OPTIONAL: ASL (American Sign Language) preferred, but NOT required.
