Job summary

The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh — Hill District Branch is seeking a Library Services Manager to lead a skilled team, design programs, and ensure excellent library services for the community in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee operations, staff development and partnerships to advance literacy and learning.

Base schedule is 37.5 hours per week with days, evenings and weekends required. Salary is $65,000 annually, with opportunities to collaborate across CLP branches and engage diverse

Qualifications

• MLIS with progressive supervisory experience in a library setting.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
• Demonstrated success serving diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and evaluation of library services and programs.
• Direct staff and volunteers to meet service standards and community needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments and community partners.
• Monitor data to improve public services and operations.
