Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration or related field.
• 7–10 years in consumer and commercial lending is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with LaserPro, Cleartouch, OnBase, and CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage consumer mortgage and commercial loans for individuals and businesses.
• Guide borrowers through application, underwriting, and closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with consumer lending regulations including relevant acts and SAFE Act.
• Maintain knowledge of current mortgage products, rates, and underwriting guidelines.
• Provide financial education and support to community members, especially first‑time homebuyers.
• Build and maintain relationships with centers of influence and community leaders.
• Collaborate with underwriters and portfolio managers to facilitate loan decisions.
• Mentor junior staff such as credit analysts or relationship officers.
• Ensure cross‑selling of bank products and prompt resolution of client service issues.
