Edward Rose & Sons in Fishers, IN is seeking an Associate Community Manager to join our on-site team and support a positive resident experience. You will manage apartment rentals, qualifying prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move-in and move-out procedures, while coaching staff to deliver outstanding service.

The ideal candidate has prior leasing and sales or customer service experience, and is comfortable with Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager or similar property management

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Leasing experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or related property management software preferred.
• Flexible with work schedule; weekend hours may be assigned.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Handle apartment rentals: generate traffic, lease, qualify prospects, prepare lease docs, manage move-in/move-out.
• Oversee assigned department(s) and collaborate with supervisors.
• Promote high quality customer service through team development.
• Interview and hire qualified candidates; onboard new hires.
• Address resident concerns promptly; identify improvements for retention and revenue.
• Assist Property Manager with reports and communications to collections.

We are currently looking for anAssociate Community Managerto join our on-site community team to help support a positive experience for our residents.

What are the responsibilities of an Associate Community Manager?

• Responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospective residents, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in and move-outprocedures
• Oversee assigned department(s) and work cohesively with supervisors to ensure each team’s success in their day-to-day operations
• Promote high quality customer service through team development initiatives
• Consistently review and develop the team on technical and administrative processes
• Interview and hire qualified candidates
• Successfully acclimate new hires into their roles
• Successfully evaluate and resolve resident concerns in a timely manner
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest practical updates to enhance resident retention and revenue
• Evaluate contractor projects upon completion to ensure high quality and contract compliance
• Assist the Property Manager with accurate and timely report submission
• Accurately prepare and submit communications to the collections department
• Participate in organizing and facilitating community events and other special projects as assigned
• Note repairs, replacements needed and appropriate charges for resident damages upon move out.

What are the role requirements?

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred
• Previous sales or customer service experience is required
• Previous experience in multi-family property management is preferred
• Previous leasing experience is preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software is preferred
• Maintain a professional appearance following team dress code policy
• Must be flexible with work schedule. Weekend hours may be assigned
• Have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
