Avanath Capital LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Los Angeles to drive leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations within the community.

The role requires a professional, client‑facing attitude, strong communication, and the ability to manage applications and renewals. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, presenting models, processing leases, and coordinating with Community Manager to ensure move‑in readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Bilingual English & Spanish highly desired.
• Solid computer knowledge, Windows (Word, Excel), internet and e-mail.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Record all visits on guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate needs to Community Manager.
• Demonstrate the community and close the sale.
• Have prospects complete applications and collect deposits.
• Process applications and renewals in the Yardi system.
