Job summary

PEM is seeking a Leasing Professional for Legacy Flats in San Antonio, TX. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, conduct property tours, communicate pricing updates, and help maintain high occupancy.

This role emphasizes building resident relationships, delivering outstanding service, managing renewals, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws. Weekend work is required and experience with Yardi, CRM, Yieldstar, Canva is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years leasing/real estate or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• CRM and Yardi experience are highly preferred.
• Yieldstar, Canva and MS Office familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Sales: build relationships with prospects and match them with apartments.
• Conduct property tours and communicate pricing updates via Yieldstar.
• Follow up on leads daily using Yardi; schedule appointments.
• Support lease renewals and encourage resident retention.
• Create marketing content with Canva and post on social media.
• Resident Relations: deliver outstanding service and address concerns.
• Compliance & Documentation: ensure Fair Housing compliance; prepare leases.
• Organization & Communication: manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
