Job summary

Avanath is seeking a Leasing Specialist to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations within the community, delivering A+ customer service and maintaining a professional engagement with residents and staff.

The role requires a proactive communicator, ability to qualify prospects, manage applications, and coordinate with the Community Manager. A background in affordable housing, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience with Yardi Voyager are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide A+ customer service at all times.
• Greet and qualify prospects and record visits.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Close sales and guide applicants through the process.
• Assist in renewals and maintain resident files.
• Type leases and input data into Yardi accurately.
