Pratum Co. is seeking a Leasing Manager to join our residential apartment community. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, driving occupancy, and creating a positive first impression.

You will conduct tours, process applications, and support marketing initiatives while maintaining organized leasing records. A professional demeanor and teamwork mindset are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in leasing, property management, or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and leasing software (Yardi, AppFolio, Entrata, RealPage, or similar).
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a warm, professional manner.
• Conduct property tours highlighting features and available units.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Prepare lease applications, renewals, and related paperwork.
• Maintain an organized leasing system and documentation.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new residents.
• Provide excellent customer service to current residents.
• Support management with daily operations and administrative tasks.
