Qualifications

Leasing Manager

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Leasing Manager to join our residential apartment community team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospects alike. As the face of the community, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression, driving occupancy, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting community features, amenities, and available units.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins to maximize leasing opportunities.
• Prepare and process lease applications, renewals, and related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date leasing system and ensure all required documentation is completed.
• Assist in marketing initiatives such as resident events, social media posts, and outreach efforts to attract new residents.
• Provide excellent customer service to current residents, addressing concerns and maintenance requests with professionalism and care.
• Support management with daily operations, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must enjoy engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with leasing software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Entrata, RealPage, or similar) is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.

This role is non-exempt and has an anticipated pay range from $25 an hour for a new employee depending on a number of relevant factors including individuals' experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, client/property or company budgetary limitations/guidelines, and other job-related company and market considerations. This position may be eligible to receive discretionary and/or performance-based bonuses on a spot or annual basis, which are variable depending on individual merit/performance, budgetary limitations, company performance, and other job-related factors. This non-exempt role will be eligible for overtime for all hours worked in excess of 40 per week. Full-time positions (30+ hours/week) are eligible for 2 weeks paid vacation, 3 weeks sick and related leave, 11 paid holidays, and health & welfare benefits as outlined on the Company’s website.
