Formación

• 1–2 years of leasing, property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and leasing software is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a warm, professional manner.
• Conduct property tours highlighting features, amenities, and available units.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Prepare and process lease applications and renewals accurately.
• Maintain an organized leasing system and complete required documentation.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new residents.
• Provide excellent service to current residents and address concerns.
• Support management with daily operations, reporting, and administrative tasks.
