Silverado Apartments, managed by Gaines Investment Trust, is seeking a Leasing Professional in Frisco, TX. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and assist with applications and leases to help residents find their new home.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Saturday work is required, with Sunday shifts possible based on occupancy.

Compensation: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses

What Does a Leasing Professional Do?

Leasing Professionals are often the first people prospective residents meet when considering one of our communities. You'll help create a great first impression while supporting the leasing process and providing excellent service to prospective and current residents.

What You'll Do

Schedule Expectations

Leasing Professionals work a five-day schedule that includes every Saturday. Sunday availability may also be required based on community needs and occupancy.
