Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust seeks an entry-level Leasing Professional at Bentley Place Apartments in Plano, TX. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and help with the leasing process while delivering exceptional customer service.

No prior property management experience is required, and your people skills, reliability, and willingness to learn will be valued as you grow with our team. The role follows a five-day schedule including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• No prior property management experience required for entry-level Leasing Professional.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales provides a strong foundation.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, visitors, and callers professionally.
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities and available homes.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and follow up on interest.
• Assist with leasing process and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect information.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Support onsite team to maintain a welcoming, organized community.
• Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

What Does a Leasing Professional Do?

Leasing Professionals are often the first people prospective residents meet when considering one of our communities. They play an important role in creating a great first impression and delivering an exceptional experience to both prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities may include:

• Conducting apartment tours and showcasing community amenities and available homes
• Building relationships with prospective residents and following up on their interest
• Assisting with the leasing process and preparing lease documentation
• Maintaining accurate resident and prospect information

• Supporting the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional community
• Managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Expectations

Leasing Professionals work a five-day schedule that includes every Saturday. Sunday availability may also be required based on community needs and occupancy.

You don't need previous property management experience to be considered for an entry-level Leasing Professional opportunity.
