Job summary

Trinity Square Apartments, managed by Gaines Investment Trust, seeks a Leasing Professional to join our onsite team in Dallas, TX.

You'll greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and help residents while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced community.

Prior experience in customer service or leasing is a plus; training on our properties is provided. This role requires a five-day schedule including Saturdays.

What Does a Leasing Professional Do?

Leasing Professionals are often the first people prospective residents meet when considering one of our communities. You'll help create a great first impression while supporting the leasing process and providing excellent service to prospective and current residents.

What You'll Do

• Assist with applications, lease documentation, and the leasing process
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Expectations

Leasing Professionals work a five-day schedule that includes every Saturday. Sunday availability may also be required based on community needs and occupancy.
