Ventana Apartments in Scottsdale is seeking a friendly Leasing Professional to welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process. This on-site role offers a base hourly pay of $19–$22 plus monthly performance bonuses, with opportunities to build relationships and contribute to a vibrant community.

What Does a Leasing Professional Do?

Leasing Professionals are often the first people prospective residents meet when considering one of our communities. You'll help create a great first impression while supporting the leasing process and providing excellent service to prospective and current residents.

What You'll Do

Schedule Expectations

Leasing Professionals work a five-day schedule that includes every Saturday. Sunday availability may also be required based on community needs and occupancy.
