Saddle Brook Apartments, managed by Gaines Investment Trust, seeks a Leasing Professional to greet visitors, tour available homes, and guide applicants through the leasing process. You’ll deliver excellent customer service and help create a welcoming community.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with prospects and residents, accurate record-keeping, and teamwork with onsite staff. Basic computer skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude are essential.

Compensation: $18–$21 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses

What Does a Leasing Professional Do?

Leasing Professionals are often the first people prospective residents meet when considering one of our communities. You'll help create a great first impression while supporting the leasing process and providing excellent service to prospective and current residents.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Expectations

Leasing Professionals work a five-day schedule that includes every Saturday. Sunday availability may also be required based on community needs and occupancy.
