Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust, owner-operator of Bentley Place Apartments in Plano, TX, seeks a Leasing Professional to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase community amenities.

You will build relationships, assist with applications and leases, maintain accurate records, and support the onsite team in delivering exceptional resident service amid a fast-paced environment.

What Does a Leasing Professional Do?

Leasing Professionals are often the first people prospective residents meet when considering one of our communities. You'll help create a great first impression while supporting the leasing process and providing excellent service to prospective and current residents.

Schedule Expectations

Leasing Professionals work a five-day schedule that includes every Saturday. Sunday availability may also be required based on community needs and occupancy.
