Prairie Commons Apartments, part of Gaines Investment Trust, in Lawrence, KS, seeks a Leasing Professional to greet visitors, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process with excellent service.

This role supports the on-site team, maintains resident information, and thrives in a five-day schedule that includes Saturdays; prior customer service experience is a plus.

What Does a Leasing Professional Do?

Leasing Professionals are often the first people prospective residents meet when considering one of our communities. You'll help create a great first impression while supporting the leasing process and providing excellent service to prospective and current residents.

What You'll Do

Schedule Expectations

Leasing Professionals work a five-day schedule that includes every Saturday. Sunday availability may also be required based on community needs and occupancy.
