Gaines Investment Trust in Dallas, TX is seeking a Leasing Professional to greet prospects, tour available homes, and nurture relationships with prospective residents. You will support applications, lease paperwork, and the leasing process while maintaining accurate resident information.

Ideal candidates bring friendly, professional communication and strong customer service skills. This role requires a positive attitude, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced community

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales provides a strong foundation for leasing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with property systems is a plus.

What Does a Leasing Professional Do?

Leasing Professionals are often the first people prospective residents meet when considering one of our communities. You'll help create a great first impression while supporting the leasing process and providing excellent service to prospective and current residents.

What You'll Do

Schedule Expectations

Leasing Professionals work a five-day schedule that includes every Saturday. Sunday availability may also be required based on community needs and occupancy.
