Gaines Investment Trust's Tuscany Square Apartments in Dallas is seeking a friendly Leasing Professional to greet prospective residents, present floor plans, and guide tours.

You will support the leasing process, maintain resident records, and coordinate with the onsite team in a fast-paced community.

What Does a Leasing Professional Do?

Leasing Professionals are often the first people prospective residents meet when considering one of our communities. You'll help create a great first impression while supporting the leasing process and providing excellent service to prospective and current residents.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist prospective residents, visitors, and callers

• Build relationships with prospects and follow up on their interest
• Assist with applications, lease documentation, and the leasing process
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents
• Support the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming and professional community
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Expectations

Leasing Professionals work a five-day schedule that includes every Saturday. Sunday availability may also be required based on community needs and occupancy.
