Creekside at Pear Ridge Apartments in Dallas, TX is seeking a Leasing Professional to greet guests, conduct apartment tours, and showcase community amenities while delivering excellent service.

As part of Gaines Investment Trust, you’ll help manage applications and lease documentation, maintain accurate resident information, and support a welcoming, fast-paced onsite team committed to outstanding resident experiences.

What Does a Leasing Professional Do?

Leasing Professionals are often the first people prospective residents meet when considering one of our communities. You'll help create a great first impression while supporting the leasing process and providing excellent service to prospective and current residents.

What You'll Do

Schedule Expectations

Leasing Professionals work a five‑day schedule that includes every Saturday. Sunday availability may also be required based on community needs and occupancy.
