Job summary

Impact Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a Watertown, CO property. The role supports the Community Manager to ensure the community generates satisfactory cash flow and is maintained to company standards, while ensuring tenant satisfaction. The Assistant Manager will step in to manage the property in the Community Manager's absence.

Reports to the Community Manager. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position with standard hours of Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Property Management experience preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and email inquiries to set appointments to show the community.
• Back up Community management; answer questions and forward messages.
• Maintain supplies and inventory.
• Assist in maintaining office schedule and show available homes to prospective residents.
• Process move-in/move-out documents and collect rent payments.
