Qualifications

• Tax credit knowledge
• Maintain highest occupancy possible
• Walk apartments once resident turns in notice
• Monitor Advertising sources; IE: Internet, print ads, and locator services

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with daily operations including marketing, administration, leasing, property maintenance and security, record keeping and reporting.
• Provide leasing assistance per property needs.
• Handle resident concerns and problems in a timely, professional manner.
• Monitor and supervise contracted services and vendors; ensure adherence to policies.
